2011 Chen Yuan Hao Yi Wu Zheng Shan Mushroom

Yi Wu Zheng Shan materials are from trees aged 300-400 years old. Now aged over a decade in natural conditions, the taste is mellow and gentle. It has good sweetness and pleasant aftertaste. It is overall low bitterness and high fragrant. The leaves are from a few selected mountains in Yi Wu, making it more layered in taste. Yi Wu Zheng Shan is the benchmark for all other Yi Wu products from Chen Yuan Hao.

Note: Because it's still quite a tight mushroom, it's advisable to break with care and if there's too much broken leaves, use lesser quantity or lower water temperature.
